Who is responsible

What we collect

We receive personal data only when you send the quote form: your name, company, email, phone or messenger, country or region, product category, model, estimated quantity and your message.

To stop spam we also record the time of the request, your IP address and the approximate city and country derived from it.

Why we use it

We use this data only to answer your request and for the business correspondence that follows. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it or pass it to third parties unrelated to your request.

If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Where it is stored and who receives it

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Quote requests are stored with Cloudflare and forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our company mailbox (NetEase, China). Your data is therefore transferred to and processed in China and the United States.

How long we keep it

Quote records on the website are deleted automatically two years after they are sent. Emails in our company mailbox are kept as business correspondence.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics, advertising or social media plug-ins, and it does not track your browsing. For security and operation, our hosting provider keeps technical logs such as IP addresses.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing: email hello@congexin.com. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
